I didn't expect single room is such narrow.
I didn't expect single room is such narrow. Neighborhood played music loud volume untill midnight and dogs barked many times.Because of that,I couldn't sleep enough.

The bathroom was kind of smelly, breakfast should be according to the info guide lying in the room be severed - but just no one shows up and after asking they just respond ingredients are laying in the fridge do it by yourself. The served breakfast was one reason I booked the hostel.. and also it was one of the worst breakfast I got so far in mexico. Drinking water should also be included but when it’s empty it can take somedays until they fill it up.

Owner is very nice
The hotel is super close to the beach and it took me around 20-30 minutes to walk to downtown Cancun (it's probably much faster by bus). The self serve breakfast is convenient. The owner was very nice!
The single room I was in was very small, but still comfortable. There are multiple dogs barking outside during the night, which makes it hard to fall asleep. The facilities weren't super great (the handles on the sink in the kitchen are broken, the sink in my private bathroom was clogged).

Close to the beach literally across the rd which is stunning...
Close to the beach literally across the rd which is stunning and few eating places Inc Marbella where we had amazing fish dinner recommended by Mahgereta on our arrival. it overlooks the sea so great views and amazing sun rises at 7 am, also 5mins walk to ferry for Mujeres island totally recommend that trip only $600 pp Mexican pesos lunch Inc in 7 hr trip no need to be ripped off booking in advance. Nice and clean inside, lovely terrace Netflix a bonus. WiFi pretty good too.
Only cornflakes and white bread, jam, juice for breakfast, wholemeal bread maybe more cereals and water refreshed when it's empty(as it was on our 2nd morning and not replaced as we were told it would be) would've been better. Wish we had seen more of Mahgereta or any staff as I don't have WhatsApp so could only message on booking. Com which meant we didn't get messages straight Away and nor did they. I didn't see her after we checked in maybe once a day at a certain time would be better for customers to ask questions and get local info. Shower needs repair and the shower rail kept falling off the wall our bedroom door and door leading to terrace were not that secure big gap in patio door so insects got in n we were bitten alot even with spray on It would be better if the patio door could be fixed as not always even lockable, the frame had come away from the patio door hence the gap.
